Shalote Chipamaunga, the Chairperson of the Consortium (PACoTEH) is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Health Professions Education, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Zimbabwe. With expertise in Health Professions Education and great interest in student learning, Shalote has conducted qualitative research and published in peer-reviewed journals. She is a peer reviewer of reputable academic journals.
Dr Detlef R Prozesky - PhD, MBChB, MCommH, BSc

Dr Prozesky is a medical doctor and educationist. He has worked in clinical medicine, primary care and community health as well as in universities and health training institutes in South Africa, the UK, India, Pakistan and Botswana. His interests include programme evaluation, student assessment, transformational education, public eye health and the prevention of blindness.
Prof Patricia Katowa-Mukwato - PhD, MsC, BSc
Associate Professor of Nursing and Dean of the School of Nursing Sciences University of Zambia.
Professor Patricia Katowa-Mukwato is a Co-lead for the AFREhealth Southern Africa Chapter and Chairperson for the Research Faculty for East Central and Southern Africa College of Nursing and Midwifery (ECSACONM). Currently managing projects that are supporting students and faculty with Scholarships for MSc, PhD, and Post-Doctoral studies. Areas of research interest include teaching and assessing clinical skills, coping & quality of life for patients with chronic illnesses.
Professor Kefalotse Sylvia Dithole - MsC, BSc
Head of School of Nursing: Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Botswana.
Prof Kefalotse S, Dithole has been nurse- lecturer for the past 37 years. Her research included communicating with patients in intensive care units and adolescent health promotion for HIV and AIDs. During Covid 19, her interest extended to virtual learning with the intent to focus on expanding teaching modalities in nursing education.
